it was a karen, karen, karen, karen, karen, karen civil weekend

when i was worked at my last job,
karen civil came through to get interviewed on a platform.
i heard her name in the industry forests but for the life of me,
i don’t know what she did.
so i asked folks at the office:

‘What does Karen Civil do?’

“Ummerrraaahhh…”

…and it led to mad stuttering and confusion.
over the weekend,
karen civil was the talk of the house.
clubhouse,
that is.
she was exposed for allegedly jerkin’ acts for their money with promises of “insert what here”.

should black folks pull up like the avengers to help the asian community against white supremacy?

there is a heavy conversation that is brewing within the black community.
the other day,
i was asked to attend ^that room above on clubhouse.
it seems like after the mass shooting in atlanta,
the asian community was allegedly asking black folks to stand in alliance with them against white supremacy.

something that they have benefitted from tbh.
the answer from all the black folk on clubhouse,
and a majority of those i know,

clubhouse is everyone’s latest obsession.
if you didn’t know,
clubhouse is an invite-only social media platform that relies on your vocals.
it feels like a virtual panel tbh.
think of it as twitter,
but with groups and only talking.
there is no flexing with pictures.
there is always some shit going down in clubhouse,
but late nights is where the party is really at.
usually,
there are rooms to hear vixen’s moaning for cash prizes.
last night,
