DON’T BE SCARED TO GIVE THEM SOME SPICE
some people can’t handle too much spice.
i don’t like food that’s spicy just to be spicy.
like,
you can’t even enjoy it because you are sweating and blowing fire.
i always liked spicy food but you can still taste the seasoning.
something to give the meal the right amount of kick.
i’m someone who will put jamaican jerk sauce in his chicken soup.
personally,
i think there are levels to spice when it comes to people.

I AM DONE BEING A LONG TERM TEMP.
i have always been a temp.
whew.
there are “a-ha” moments all through this entry so stay tuned.
i don’t know when i got into temp work,
but i know i started my corporate temp career when i lived in boston.
i was told how easy it was to get a job by being a temp.
“If you show up and show you are good at the position,
they will most likely hire you.
I got hired for my job and I started out as a temp.”
looking back,
it came off as pick me behavior.
some jobs i got were legit temp for like a few days,
but others were “temp to hire” which i usually gravitated to.
so i usually did what jamari would do…
SOCIAL MEDIA WILL KILL YOU.
we play a part in some of these sad outcomes on social media.
the blood is just as much on our hands too.
some of us aren’t entirely innocent with our behavior on these platforms.
