group therapy broke me
sometimes,
we learn quickly that there are others in worst positions than us.
our problems are molehills compared to the mountains of many others.
i asked my therapist to try out group therapy last week.
i was very excited about taking my therapy journey to the next step,
but it ended up draining me for a few days…
yk osiris got a “teachable moment dragging” over violating sukihana and her boundaries
one thing many people lack is respecting others’ boundaries.
i don’t care what kind of reputation someone has,
it doesn’t give you the right to automatically pass “go”.

yesterday,
one of the foxholers used a term to describe the following trend.
he called it:
“Fomo Homos”
…and i never felt so triggered but seen at the same time.
it could be about to any kind of fomo,
but it was in regard to those the ppv OF content.
they see that blue line with a price attached and feel they’re missing out.
they HAVE to pay to see what’s underneath.
in general,
social media tends to make you feel that way.
