the day i was there,
it was so chilly.

i assumed because i was deep down south,
it would be hot af.
it felt like 40 degrees the night i was in those forests.

i kept clearing my throat while i was podcasting.

Stuffy nose
Scratchy throat
Slight pain in my chest
Headache

businesses and schools are closing down in other countries.
it’s only a matter of time.
any slight ailment and you think you’ve caught it.
i’ve seen grown people in masks shun those from asian communitiues.
it’s a whole mess,
but i think that’s the plot to get us out of control.
no better way than to instill fear.

if it’s my time to go because folks decided to eat bats…

I feel bad for the Chinese community as they will get hell. People tend to react from fear, emotion not from a place of rationaliy. I’m schedule to travel to Ghana, Senegal, Togo in a months time, hope my trip isn’t seriously impacted. I’m also concerned about the drop in the stock market..devastating for sure.
Every virus/disease gets blown out of proportion by the media anytime one comes around. Remember when ebola was the rage? They all end up being nothing much in the end. But I guess it’s better to be cautious & vigilant than not.
Doesn’t sound like you have flu symptoms imo. I think you’ll be just fine. I got a flu shot & I drink an organic echinacea tea before I go out anywhere to boost my immune system.
I’d be lying if I said I was not nervous about catching it. I think a vaccine is in the works, but it not finished yet. I already hate germs as it is and I keep my hands washed frequently.
Somebody told me that if you look on the Lysol under the list of things it disinfects; coronavirus is on there. If we’re just now finding out about this. Why is it on the can? The can is about a year old

Yep! It says coronavirus right there on the Lysol can. Someone forwarded me a video where the guy pointed it out.
We forget that coronavirus is a family of viruses ..this outbreak is just one type of coronavirus . this one is called covid-19
Well Before you Panic, Remember it IS regular flu season, I had it 2 weeks ago and yes….it was bad, felt like I was hit by a truck, bad headache, utterly tired, slight chills, runny nose etc. so hang in there!
