i’ve learned in life,
especially as a blogger,
that people will admire you UNTIL you say or font something they don’t agree with.
it’s a thing called “life“.
as gay males,
we know what its like to live our lives one way and be ostracized after coming out.
it happens to the best and the worst of us.
i wrote something yesterday that caused quite the stir.

i didn’t think anything of it when i wrote it because i’m usually poppin off at the fingers.
it was taken out of context so let’s address it but first…

my straight friend said to me the other day:

“I hope people realize that Trump is going to be president.
I really hope they aren’t thinking otherwise.”

as much as i wanted to throw my shoe at his head,
he isn’t the first person to say this to me.
gay and straight.
IRL or on the Foxhole.
everyone is starting to pick sides the faster we approach voting season.
i mean,
let’s be real…

Sometimes,
I feel like I’m gonna wake up and I’m gonna be back at my mother’s crib.
She is gonna be alive because it’s gonna be 1999.
I won’t remember anything that transpired before this.
It’s all gonna be a fever dream but it’s God reset.

some black folks in the country confuse me tbh.
trump came out with the insurrection 6s and they’re targeted to black people:

trump spoke at the black conservative federation gala,
which is a contradiction all in it’s own,
and he says…

there are some people we should already know better.
it’s not like they don’t show us who they are.
we just choose not to believe it “until“.

Until… they show their ignorance
Until… they show how uneducated they are
Until… they let their ghetto behavior run wild

i cringe when i hear black folks say they miss trump.
my ass literally turns inside out.
i’ve heard they “miss his entertainment” that he used to put on twitter.

that they’d be over that presidency.

why does it feel like some are trying to take a page out trump’s playbook?
chaos is a ladder but they’re going in full reverse to the pits of hell.
i was having this discussion with a friend last night.
we were talking about the dumpster fire that is elon musk.
it seems like he is trying to be a “trump part 2“.
he is showcasing his nastiness with this twitter shit,
but he has absolutely no charisma.

instead of being an entertaining villain with his chaos,
he is just a villain that we never want to see again.
i feel like that happens with everyone that folks deem successful…
