that is still a timeless album.
even as a cub,
listening to my uncle play it over and over,
i felt that it was something special.
“ex factor” still gives me chills to this day.
i didn’t really start to understand it until i grew up.
before i loved how it made me feel,
but now after going through so much,
i understand the feelings of what she is saying.
so when a foxholer sent me an interview with robert glasper,
on “979 the box”,
about how lauryn allegedly stole the music and didn’t give proper credit,

i bumped TMEOLH for a year straight.
i may need to bump it for another year.
sadly for one of my favs,
her personal life has been a hot ass mess.
the men.
the drama at her concerts.
looking like a bad lady.
lauryn recently had to go to court for not filing her tax returns.
1 mill ya’ll.
