they are changing their laws for rapists if you identify as a woman…

Police have been criticised for saying they will record rapes by offenders with male genitalia as being committed by a woman if the attacker “identifies as a female”.

Police Scotland said that they would log rapes as being carried out by a woman if the accused person insists, even if they have not legally changed gender.

i don’t see an issue with what she tweeted.
this does go down a slippery slope.
i can see how they can be identified as women if they’re still attracted and dating other women.
isn’t caitlyn jenner still dating women?
i feel like people second guess the power of the pervert tho.
as a community,
i would not want to be associated with rapists because they identify as women.

  1. No. If you go by “Assigned Male At Birth”, when charged with violating someone’s body, you no longer have the right to “identify” and that’s the end of these absolutely ridiculous mental gymnastics.

  2. I’m confused, so if a woman were to rape someone she would get away with it as opposed to a man? Then I say GOOD to this law.

  3. I don’t think it should matter what gender the rapist is reported, as long as the charges are the same. Rape shouldn’t be a lesser crime depending on the gender committing it.

  4. I think people’s issue with J.K Rowling is that she subconsciously believes most if not all men are sexual predators, therefore, she believes that any man transitioning to a woman is still a sexual predator, hence, not a Woman.

    She started out simply saying that trans women should seek refuge in safe spaces separate from cis women, but as she went on and on, her true beliefs came forward as she is very misandrist. And that hatred of men extends to Trans Women.

    She honestly didn’t bother me until she would cite articles meant to help trans youth understand themselves and started poking fun at it. That was disgusting and when I was done with her.
