you might be entitled to money from equifax (find out how)

so you know i love to put the foxhole onto things.
ya’ll are always good to me.
if you know,
or didn’t,
equifax had a massive data breach in 2017.
since equifax is a consumer credit reporting agency,
those who have credit cards (and such) were effected.
147 americans are entitled to the 425 million settlement.
the pretty vixen was one of them.
she’s the one who put me on to it earlier.
i ended up being one of them and didn’t even realize.
so now ima send it to you…

per the website:

In September of 2017, Equifax announced it experienced a data breach, which impacted the personal information of approximately 147 million people. A federal court is considering a proposed class action settlement submitted on July 22, 2019, that, if approved by the Court, would resolve lawsuits brought by consumers after the data breach. Equifax denies any wrongdoing, and no judgment or finding of wrongdoing has been made.

x CHECK TO SEE IF YOU’RE ELIGIBLE

i think they should raise the effected’s credit scores as well.

  1. There is a a typo in your text s/b 147 million customers. Someone done the math. By the time lawyers take their cut for the lawsuit…let’s just say $125m. The customers would be entitled to $2 each.

  2. You’ll probably have to wait until 2020 though….

$125 probably ain’t much to most, but it’ll pay a bill a two. A little bit goes a long way.

  3. Got the info earlier. Great info to share. Yes I was affected by it too. I don’t remember ever receiving anything from them indicating it either. Seems more people are affected than realize it. Everyone needs to check and research bc credit is important in so many instances…jobs, apartment rentals, car and home purchases, etc.
