there was a chance he was going to eat out gay males that he met off grindr

^that broken heart next to his eye is very ironic for his story.
so we don’t know what plans folks have for us.
i like to stay optimistic about meeting new people,
but we live in a society where heinous monsters roam among us.
it’s wise to always keep a guard up.
^that hyena wanted to do something i haven’t heard about since jeffrey dahmer.
this was his plans for unsuspecting gay males he was gonna meet off grindr…

A 19-year-old man was indicted by a federal grand jury on Thursday in a plot to kidnap and murder gay men whom he met on an online dating application.

Chance Seneca, of Lafayette, La. kidnapped two men and attempted to kidnap another, whom he met on Grindr over two days in June, 2020.

He was charged on six counts, including hate crime, kidnapping, firearm and obstruction charges.

Authorities say that Seneca attempted to murder one of the victims because he was gay. He also “intended to dismember and keep parts of the victim’s body as trophies, mementos and food.”

Seneca is accused of attacking Holden White, a student at Louisiana State University in Eunice, on June 20.

White spent nearly a month in the hospital, after he was tortured by Seneca, according to police.

The 19-year-old told The Acadiana Advocate that the two had met on the app, and that Seneca insisted on picking him up from his apartment.

According to The Associated Press, White said that Seneca wrapped a cord around his neck so tightly he lost consciousness. When he woke up later, he said he was in a bathtub, and that his wrists had been repeatedly slashed.

After the attack, White said that Seneca left him for dead.

Investigators said that a day before kidnapping White, Seneca tried to kidnap one man and successfully kidnapped another.

ya’ll…
i nearly threw up reading this filth.
i’m still in a state of shock.
like…

Excuse me?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?

there is some evil that lurks on this internet.
everyone we plan on meeting off here is a risk.
what bothers me is how comfortable folks are at letting strangers know where they live.
i mean,
does that even matter anymore?
you could meet someone at the coffee shop in another town and it still is fuckery.
i could meet someone down in bk and think it’s all good when it’s not.
foxhole…

I don’t know anymore.

may The Higher Forces protect us all.

  1. Let’s just call a thing a thing, the problem here ultimately is hookup culture. I don’t care what app you use, someone is going to have to honestly explain how this isn’t one or two steps removed from prostitution, and as such you have to essentially face the same dangers that prostitutes face.

What world is it ok for someone who you’re trying to hook-up with to know where you live before you know where they work? There is a difference between being unemployed and being unemployable; and judging by the picture with the tattoo on his face I would assume him to be both unemployed and unemployable, which if it didn’t give you pause should at least trigger you to further investigate.

I said it before, but you are going to have to date, court, me or vice versa; people don’t believe in or practice courtship anymore. In a post-Covid world, the first encounter, we are going to meet in a public place possibly at a nice restaurant, we are going to have a nice meal and a good conversation, after which I’m going to go my way and you are going to go yours. The second time we still meet at a public place, eventually when I see how you move and what is valuable to you and see how that aligns with my situation, then there will be a conversation about you coming to my house. When you try to hook up with someone solely for sex you make a risky gamble and as such you need to take the necessary precautions to protect yourself from potentially shady individuals.
