the monster you’re creating is going to ruin you

one of my jobs i worked at,
this one jackal who was a “jason mitchell“.
he’s the acting jackal from “the chi” who was recently banished.
well my “jason mitchell” was the boss’s favorite.
he did “a good job” in her eyes.
uh huh.
he was attractive and she was fiending for a massive dick down.
a whole nother story.
either way,
i witnessed him…

…being a complete and utter asshole to the vixens there.
like,
he would talk to them in the most disrespectful kind of way.
if he didn’t get his way,
he would slander and plot agaisnt them.
all while he was doing this,
it was a wrap if they complained to her about him.
the boss and him would make their job a living nightmare before they’d get fired.

“Don’t piss him off.
Just do your job and stay on their good sides…”

that was the warning they told any new vixens that came.
they all had no choice than to deal with his foolishness or be unemployed.
when he got too much power,
that boss learned about the the monster she created.
he ended up getting her ass fired and taking over her job.
now she on some goofy victim act like she didn’t seal her own fate.

i was reading a “the hollywood reporter” article about the antics of jason mitchell.
it seems like because he was so “talented”,
the big bosses allegedly turned their heads to his bad behavior.
lena waithe,
who created and produced the show,
allegedly knew of his behavior even though she said this in a 2018 interview:

“I’ve been very involved in Time’s Up and that movement, and for season two, we’re making sure that women feel safe,” Waithe told The Hollywood Reporter in June 2018. “[I]f you want to play that game and be disrespectful or misbehave on set with an actress or anyone, I’ll happily call Showtime and say, ‘This person has to go,’ and you will get shot up and it’ll be a wonderful finale.”

hmm.
this part was pretty telling from the article:

“…This person says Mitchell was allowed to remain, following an HR complaint, because the belief was that he was entitled to a second chance. How that squares with the initial decision to keep him for the third season despite the apparent lack of improvement in his conduct is not clear…”

we naturually want to change those who are sexy or super talented.
even those we date,
family members,
or become friends with,
some of us will turn the blind eye to their bad behavior.
some gays will give a pass those with a big dick or a fat ass,
even though he’s an entire homophobe.
don’t even get me started with chick fila.
foxhole,
i’m fonting you now:

We GOTS to stop that shit

it creates monsters that end up destroying everything in it’s path,
including you.
they will turn on you and have you looking crazy.
it’s okay to give a second chance,
but try not to go past a third.
there is nothing worse than working/living with a monster.
it’s awful.

  1. Lena Waithe gives me the impression that she’s always wanted to be “one of the boys” and has adopted a sort of “fuck boy” persona. i think that’s the reason she turned a blind eye, she probably looked at herself as mitchell’s homeboy and didn’t wanna seem like the nagging female. i know plenty of lesbians that want so badly to get accepted by straight wolves and talk about pussy all day, that they would let something like this slide. she got caught up and now its blowing up in her face. I went to school with one of the cast members of her show Boomerang, I know him to be a complete homophobic, gay bashing, asshole and he plays a gay character on the show smh, if and when that ever gets out I wonder how she gonna explain that to the lgbt community.
