so “the walking dead” is pretty much a walker now, huh?

i have had a ton of complaints about “the walking dead”.
such a promising show that made so many mistakes.
i was “eh” on it when they killed carl off,
but when rick grimes left,
i was like “oh hell nah.
i said i’ll keep on watching to support this particular character.
well looks like they’re leaving too.
foxhole,
guess who is the next to peace sign

Danai Gurira, the breakout star of AMC’s The Walking Dead, is exiting the series.

Sources tell The Hollywood Reporter that Gurira, who officially joined the series in season three as iconic katana-wielding badass Michonne, has signed a deal to return for her final season of the zombie drama.

Under her new deal, Gurira will return in a limited capacity — described as only a handful of episodes — that will be interspersed throughout season 10. The actress, playwright and social activist will then likely segue to the three Walking Dead movies that AMC is planning with former leading man Andrew Lincoln.

honestly foxhole,
it’s a wrap.
like…

What are we watching for now?

the main character the show is based off of is gone.
the other interesting characters are dead.
no one is trying to watch this show for darryl and negan.
as much as i love carol,
even she can’t get me to stick around.
i think the show is way past its expiration date.
personally,
i feel like some didn’t like how the actor who played “carl” was treated.
i think there is some bts drama that made everyone want to move on.
it’s interesting to hear the complaints some of the past actors/actresses had.
either way,
it’s time to wrap up the story.
fans like myself,
just like their characters,
are moving on.
they suffered from:

Cutting their noses off to spite their faces

let this be a teachable moment.

lowkey: danai is a big time movie star now.
she don’t need that show,
and if she chooses to get into another,
i’ll def watch.

  1. My sentiments exactly! As a long time fan and viewer, The Walking Dead as far as I am concerned needs to be renamed SARAN,because its a wrap!

    1. Agreed. It’s time for the show to end. Although it’s been renewed for Season 10, that should be the last season of the show. Revisit the world through TV movies or mini series, but as an episodic television show..it’s time to say goodbye.
