PBS Got These Horny Fools Ackin’ Up (Tavis Smiley Goes Down Next?)

2017 is determined to throw away every male.
in the new world order,
it might just be run by vixens.
so the f-bi blew me up for a story that slipped under my foxy senses.
tavis smiley is latest star in “to catch a (alleged) pervert”.
this is what they all sent me from “ny daily news”

Longtime talk show host Tavis Smiley has been indefinitely suspended from PBS amid “troubling” allegations that he has sexually harassed staffers and retaliated against those who rebuffed him.

Officials at PBS recently contracted a law firm after they received a series of shocking claims that Smiley had created a hostile work environment and engaged in sexual relationships with several subordinates.

β€œThe inquiry uncovered multiple, credible allegations of conduct that is inconsistent with the values and standards of PBS,” a spokesperson told the Daily News.

The spokesperson declined to elaborate on the allegations but sources told Variety Magazine that Smiley, who has hosted his namesake PBS show since 2004, would use his status to coax subordinates into having sex with him.

Some of the witnesses told the magazine that they felt like their employment depended on the status of their sexual relationship with Smiley. They also claimed that Smiley was verbally abusive toward staffers and often retaliated against those who complained.

Smiley, 53, could not be reached for comment. His show, which airs weeknights on PBS member stations, has also been indefinitely suspended, the spokesperson said.

what is in the water over at pbs?

  1. You guys think Tavis is gay bi or gets down? He never crossed my radar. Is it bad that I was never attracted to him until that video. I didn’t realize he was handsome. Don’t judge.

  2. Tavis Smiley is 53 and has never been married and has no children (that are publicly known, at least) so I have wondered for years if he is gay or bisexual.

I have heard rumors that he uses his fame and fortune to sex-up a bevy of women and that he’s such a man whore for WOMAN pussy that he’s not thinking of getting married. An online estimate of his net worth in 2012 is $10 million. So when this story broke on him, I looked clues about who he might be having sex with. One story mentioned that he took a woman on a business trip shortly after meeting her for her to be his “fuck buddy”. But I also notice as did “over it” that the stories generally were “genderless” when mentioning his questioned activities.

I suspect that he’s bisexual and that he’s getting more than his share of sex from women and from men. I will watch carefully for further details about is sex life and hints about whether he’s straight, gay or bisexual.

  3. I love how the article refers to the complainants as “staffers”, “subordinates”, and “witnesses” while never once indicating their gender. πŸ˜‚πŸ€£πŸ˜‚ There are more than likely men in the bunch. I’ve always heard rumors about Tavis dipping in the foxhole…πŸ¦ŠπŸ†πŸ€£

  4. *heavy sigh*…y’all know Denzel is comin down the pike right?…ain’t no black woman goin to work that day, causin a national workforce shortage n shit…

    1. @JB,,,it’s funny you say that. I’ve always wondered about him. Comes across as too perfect, and people like that make me wonder. Remember the book E. Lynn Harris wrote, In My Father’s House? There was a character in there described as the top African American actor in the world, who was playing sugar daddy to one of the characters, and how he met the boys was at super-secret “parties”. I always wondered if that character was based off Denzel.

  5. Very disappointing. NPR busted him years ago for going off on engineers running his show who displeased him. Not smart since said engineers control the microphone you speak into and the machines that record your show. That said, he was a complete prince when he came to our radio station on book tour.

    1. People have ways of turning “on” and “off”. Behind closed doors they’re monsters, but out in public they show this “angelic” side…fooling everyone in the process. Tavis always came across as arrogant to me.
It reminds me of an interview I watched with him years ago. I forgot the celeb he was interviewing at the time, but it seemed like once the person didn’t agree with his views, he became very condescending towards him. I was like wow, you invite the person on the show and treat them like that?! Dude looked like he wanted to knock the shyt out of Tavis. LOL
