Don’t Be Stupid?

Screen Shot 2014-04-21 at 11.38.07 PMthis quote was interesting to me.
i had to wonder about the past and your “stupidity””.
was it being “stupid”,
or was it “lessons that needed to be learned”?
unless you are making the same mistakes over and over
well then,
that’s just stupid.
right?

  1. We’ve all done stupid things in the past and we will make mistakes in the present and the future. The key is learning from the past and trying not to make the same mistakes over again. Reflection and going over your life time to time is the answer. Look at what you’ve done. mistakes you’ve made and lessons you’ve learned from those mistakes. Let it go and keep it moving. Apply what you’ve learned. You can’t change the past but you can work on the present and your future.

  2. i love this pic and entry very realistic….I don’t think it’s STUPID when one tries things when they have knowledge to know better i just feel it’s a rites of passage in life. if you don’t make ill-informed, or ‘stupid’ decisions you won’t stumble upon your strength, your courage and your ability t navigate through trying times. You won’t grow. if your life never had any mistakes then as soon as life became tumultuous you’d be overwhelmed and you wouldn’t make it…so i thank GOD for my mistakes because now i know better and the future me will be on point….TRUST lol

  3. I feel like that quote is talking to me. I’m trying not to be stupid but it’s hard when you don’t have much choices and you’re at the end of your rope.

  4. I honestly thinks that it’s both. There were many times where I’ve been stupid and sometimes I did the same thing or got caught in the same situation more than once. However, at the end of the day, I learned important lessons that helped me to not be stupid later on. I feel that life is just a continuing learning experience. I just got out of a situation with a guy I knew was bad news, but I was STUPID and got involved anyway. But, it’s still good I went through it, because I learned what not to do in the future.
