Not a laughing matter. Its a disease that could affect any one of us. A few men in Jamaica suffer from this same disease/ condition. The colloquial term we use in Jamaica is BOSON, the swelling is so enlarged it cannot be hidden, and the man’s walk is affected because of the weight of his penis. Some are so large the man cannot move, but just sits there. They cannot wear ordinary pants so whatever they wear it has to be cut wide open from the crotch to accommodate the weight.
