The Killer Jackal of Facebook Live

facebook live.
ig live.
i don’t know the true purpose of it.
on one end,
it helped document one of the biggest “black lives matter” crimes in real time.
the other side is it has everyone thinking they are more important than they are.

“i ate a chicken sandwich today and had a profound moment…”

“ask me anything…”

“let me drive around and look in the screen for no reason at all…”

well ^that jackal up there?
he decided to use facebook live to allegedly commit homicides in cleveland, ohio.
nbc news has more…

Cleveland police were searching Sunday for a man who they said killed a person live on Facebook and bragged about having committed many other homicides.

The suspect, identified as Steve Stephens, is considered armed and dangerous, police said after the homicide in northeast Cleveland near the Lake Erie shore. The FBI was providing assistance, a spokeswoman told NBC News.

Police said Sunday that the man “broadcast the killing on Facebook Live and has claimed to have committed multiple other homicides which are yet to be verified.”

A series of posts Sunday on what authorities said was Stephens’ Facebook page complained that he had “lost everything” to gambling. The posts named specific people whom the user wanted to talk to, and at one point he wrote “I killed 12 people today” and wouldn’t stop until he could speak to his mother and a second woman.

Later, the user posted: “I killed 15 today because of [the second woman].” The user called it his “Easter day slaughter.”

NBC News archived the posts before the account was removed. Police stressed that no other victims had been found.

Stephens was described as black, 6 feet, 1 inch tall, weighing 244 pounds and bald with a full beard. He was last seen wearing a black or dark blue and gray striped polo shirt and was driving a white Ford Fusion with temporary tags, authorities said.

As a precaution, students at Cleveland State University were told to shelter in place or stay away from the school.

No other information was immediately available.

these are the alleged pictures of the recordings:

…isn’t that scary af?
i hope everyone in cleveland is safe until this sick fucker is caught.
so i had to ask the foxhole…

Should they turn off the FB/IG Live option?

I REALLY wish people wouldn’t do that while they’re driving. That’s just as bad as texting while driving.
It takes a split second for an accident to happen. I really believe this young girl who rear-ended me last year, was texting. We shall find out soon enough.

IG & Facebook live have their uses but people utilize it for the wrong reasons. Like last week, some young boy was showing off his new gun he got, and killed himself accidentally…on Facebook Live. Then there was an apparent gang rape a few months ago…again on Facebook Live. It’s crazy.

Social media is going to be the downfall of society. There are times I wish there was no such thing as a cell/smart phone.

We already have began that decline when we started online chatting. It has destroyed our innocence. Soon, we will see our world end via Facebook live.

I started crying when I saw him approach that elderly man Mr. Goodwin and asked him to say Joy Lane(The killer’s girlfriend who broke up with him). Then when the video showed the fear in that 78 year man’s eyes as he saw that monster point that gun at him.I wish I had never seen that video on the news.It broke my heart.
I did not watch the video online that showed the actual murder.I am distraught from just knowing what happened after that innocent man tried to shield himself with a plastic bag.
I hope that monster is killed by a hail of gunfire,I literally hate him.

I can’t imangine someone living to the age of 78 and getting murdered at random. I was scrolling on IG and I saw the video by accident. My dad will be 82 this year and I would die if something like that were to happen to him. I hope they catch this Devil and give him the chair. How can you go around killing human beings like that?

FB/IG live option should NOT be part of their platforms. In fact, that is something Snapchat has started and I fee like any social media with live capabilities should not have it at all. I also feel that sharing video of anything is wrong as well (sex, crime, robbery, etc.). I hate what has society become.

I saw the video this morning by accident looking at someones Snapchat story, I just heard about it this morning on Twitter but didnt really no the details and by coincidence a few minutes later on Snap saw the Video, I actually was able to swipe to not see the actual shooting, but afterwards, I just lay in bed and cried like a baby. My heart was so hurt that we live in such a Fucked Up World with these type of monsters roaming around to end our lives at any minute. This sick fuck deserves everything that Karma can dish out to his vile ass. In this world, it is rare that I even blink hearing stories now but this done something to my spirit. I hope his family can find healing and peace.

I saw it on the news(edited version) and literally cried for an hour. This morning I cried when I saw a couple of seconds clip on Good Morning America. If I had watched the entire video I would be bedridden. That’s how sensitive I am.
When I see Mr.Goodwin I see my father, grandfather, elderly neighbor and it makes me weep.
I hope that monster killed himself.

Social media truly will be the downfall of humanity. I used to think it was the decline but that already happened once Trump won. Humanity is over to me. Im happy I never got into social media. People ask for my social media info and I tell them I don’t have any and you would think I told them “Fuck you.” Shameful.

The one thing I noticed in this video is how he blamed everyone else for his problems. Instead him being an adult and accepting responsibility for his actions he decided to kill an innocent man. And for what because your girlfriend broke up with u and ya moms didn’t take you seriously.

    The coward killed himself.
What’s so scary about him is everyone who knew him says he was a good guy.His frat brothers, co workers, friends, ex girlfriend all are shocked he did this. There is no history of violence, no rap sheet, etc.
So now I am looking at people I know and I’m saying could he snap or could she snap?
Are we all capable of committing this heinous act? Killing a stranger.
Now I wish he had survived so we could get some answers for Why?
Was he hearing voices, was he psychotic?
