Someone Has Bailed From Auntie Viv’s “Black Magic”

this show is already getting messy.
so auntie viv didn’t know what she was getting herself into.
well it may have been her foot.
  jean-claude lamarre,
who happens to be gay and her business partner,
has left her.
i guess they weren’t on the same page with the “no gays allowed” thing.
this is what tmz has to say…

Vivica A. Fox pissed off the director and producer who made her male stripper reality show possible — Jean-Claude LaMarre is cutting ties with her after she said gay men aren’t welcome at the strip shows.

Jean-Claude put Vivica in his movie, “Chocolate City” … which led to her spinning off ‘Black Magic’ into a TV show. You’ll recall, she was promoting the show last week on “The Breakfast Club” when she strongly objected to the suggestion gays were coming out to see her strippers.

As she put it … “Hell no!”

Now LaMarre tells TMZ … “The comments were out of order, and it does not represent our attitudes toward the LGBT community. All are welcomed.” He added, “Vivica speaks for herself not the business or the show.”

LaMarre will remain an Executive Producer on the reality show, and made it clear he wants ‘Black Magic’ to succeed — he just doesn’t want to work with Vivica anymore.

i can just imagine her reaction:

…so was the communication off?
why is he thinking one thing and she is saying the next?
if this was a “male revue” for vixens,
why is he assuming that “we” would show up?
i think more happened behind the scenes than being reported.
if this is already starting off as a mess now,
just wait until this picks up in vegas.
if it even does.
on light news,
if this bombs,
they’ll be some connectpals back for “us”.

lowkey: all the vixens who had issues with kenya moore making her look right.
is she putting voodoo on them?

  1. I remember reading that 70% of playgirls sales during its heyday was to men. I get why Vivica came out the mouth like that but she has to know men are going to be a significant part of the audience.

  2. I empathize with her, though in this current political environment she did not server herself well. Right on the heels of Kim B’s fiasco, “Dis Tew Much.” The sad thing is, I think she will suffer the law of unintended consequences with respects to her acting carrer; such as it is with her one-dimensional character delivery.

Look at all these bought lessons being handed out by 2017 outta tha gate!

  3. from that comment alone, it lets me know when she around her female friends.
she calling us all kind of faggots and what not.
she say she have no problem with gays, but deep down she hate us like the rest of black Hollywood.
this isn’t the first time Ms. Fox made fun of gays.
50 cent. how she call him gay. but 50 cent came back and put her of blast.

    1. She has been apologizing to people on her IG.Bossip posted one of the apologies where she says she is a “friend and supporter of LGBT community”. I said yesterday that she would apologize although I thought she would release a statement

I would like her to address her habit of calling men “Gay” “Queen”,etc as a way to insult them I think that is more troubling. She is a middle aged women.I expect middle school kids to use” gay” as an insult not pre menopausal women.

    2. Fifty plus with no husband or kids, trust me she’s not a happy woman. So you’re probably right.

  4. The Male Revue is for LADIES why get mad… the EP knew what it was…. they aren’t dancing for DUDES even though a few of them are HOW YOU DOING… AUNTIE VIV was right.

  5. I watched him on TMZ Live.He said he spoke to her all weekend including last night. He asked her to apologize and say the show was created for women but everyone is welcome. She refused to apologize because she said people know what she meant even if it came out wrong. She is still involved with the reality show. She is no longer involved with the 30 city tour that kicks off Jan 26 in Los Angeles at The Savoy.
    I think she will apologize.

    1. If people can recall and look back at some of her past behavior and the way she acted on Punk’d they could see through her. I get a vibe that she does not really care for the LGBT community and uses our people for opportunities.

    2. See I kind of side with Vivica here. Everyone is not welcome to these shows. Bolo & Heat are notoriously homophobic at least publicly.

Most of the dancer shows clearly say “No Men” or “Ladies Only”. So why should she state differently?

  6. Last week when she called Alvester a queen I thought it was funny, but now that I think about it, that was not cool. Calling him that was truly ignorant on her part. Just had to write that. For Vivica to be in the industry as long as she has, she should know how to answer questions, but I agree Jamari there was probably more behind the scenes.

    1. It’s not the first time that she’s called somebody a queen. She lives for that mess. It’s grown auntie women like Vivica, Taraji P Hension etc. who love calling men queens. All I’m saying is when you’re in the entertainment business you better watch what you say about certain communities because it will sure come back to bite you in the ass!

      1. I think them calling men queens is due to the fans they attract. Both are known for their exaggerated Black women sassy act, so many of their fans are gays. Many gays are attracted to that sort of behavior so the women just kind of feed of it.

  7. The best she ever look! Extra airbrushing softens her features and look! But only if personality could be airbrushed.

  8. Do disrespect to anyone but can we leave the being sensitive to everything bs in “2015”, i sorry but not everything is made for us and it’s cool, you can’t keep getting mad when something exude you, sometimes you got to man up.

    1. I argee what you are saying you are right but her voice when she hell no was disrespectful to gays she should say it in a respectful way so gays will not get mad. Straight women have done same thing to with gay men when they at a gay club. There gay male strippers willi refused to dance for women at a gay club and straight women get mad at them

  9. Classic example of when keeping it real goes wrong. When it comes to how you make your money, you really have to watch what you say. Her actions are now costing her, literally. I also love that pic of her. Lol

    1. Her problem is she loves to talk reckless and think its cute. She is too damn old for that. Like somebody said, she could have said what she said in a more classy way, like the show is catered to women only. But the hood and ratchet always take precedence.

  10. J it’s a wrap what a dumb ass move on her part can they fire her the guys are the show anyhow she ain’t that special she can say shit like that and go bye no season two sorry fellows drop the troll
